Hazel L. Julian 1956-2025

She was born Feb. 8, 1956, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Roger and Mary Ann Estes Chamberlain.

Hazel was a 1974 graduate of Girard High School and worked as a cook for Bob Evans Restaurant in Niles for 32 years, retiring in 2021.

She married Ronald J. Julian on Sept. 9, 1976; they shared 48 years of marriage and many happy memories together. He survives her.

Hazel enjoyed traveling and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan and season ticket holder for many years. Her greatest joy was her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren at the beach. She was a kind, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Besides her husband, Hazel is survived by a son, Richard (Vanessa) Chamberlain of Cortland. She also leaves behind a sister, Linda Chamberlain of Florida; two brothers, Roger (Teri) Chamberlain of Florida and Michael (Julie) Chamberlain of New Middletown; and three beloved grandchildren, Ty, Teegan and Svannah.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Julian; and two sisters, Patty Jorza and Debbie McFalls.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral services or calling hours.
