Kirk D. Weber 1956-2024
BRACEVILLE — Kirk D. Weber, 68, filed his final earthly appeal Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at his residence.
He was born on May 28, 1956, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Donald Weber and Alice Luekens Weber.
Kirk was a member of the Ohio Bar Association for many years and was beloved by his colleagues at the BWC. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, a competitive game of Scrabble or cribbage and rooting for the Detroit Tigers and his alma mater, the MSU Spartans. He was a natural musician and gifted performer, happy to lead a rousing sing-a-long at the piano or around a campfire. Kirk was an active member of the AA community; a welcoming presence and friend who will be deeply missed for years to come.
Kirk is survived by his children, Zoe Kopp-Weber, Ian Weber (Mekal) and Kiel and Julianne Weber, his siblings, Bruce Weber (Harriet), Craig Weber (Shari) and Nan Norgaard (Cort); and three grandchildren, Brody, Axel and Blaze.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be starting at 1 p.m. with a celebration of life to follow on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, at the Hiram Christian Church, located at 6868 Wakefield Road, Hiram, OH 44234.
