Sherry J. Weese 1949-2024

Sherry was born on March 16, 1949, in Punxsutawney, Pa., a daughter of Warren and Jean F. Pearce.

She was a 1967 graduate of Howland High School. Shortly after high school, she married Roger Weese, in June of that year and started their family. She was an office manager at McQuaid’s Gas and Oil for 22 years. She loved spending time with her family, holidays, traveling and trips to Mountaineer.

Sherry will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Roger Weese; her mother, Jean F. Pearce; children, Todd (Tami) Weese of McDonald, Tim Marks of Vienna, Sean (Heidi) Weese of Cortland, Stephanie (Jeff) Lightfoot of Springfield, Illinois, and Shannon Guiffrida of Cerro Gordo, Illinois; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert (Nancy) Pearce.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Pearce.

Family and friends may visit from 11 to 1 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Drive NE, Warren.

Entombment will take place in Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna Township.
