2 men indicted in fatal city shooting
WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury has handed up 40 indictments, including six sealed or secret findings.
Two Warren men indicted last week are set to be arraigned today in connection with the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man at the Hampshire House apartments earlier this year, according to court records and police statements.
Tyree Rashad Brown, 29, and Michael Williamson, 29, are charged with two counts of aggravated murder with firearm specifications, two counts of aggravated burglary and a charge of having weapons while under disability. Both men are scheduled to appear before Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Andrew D. Logan this morning.
The charges stem from an incident in the early hours of July 10, when Warren police responded to reports of a shooting at 1306 Fifth Street SW in the Hampshire House apartment complex.
