ISSUES

HUBBARD CITY: Shall the following adult dispensary, B Cubed Operations LLC, dba ACA Dispensary, whose owners also have had a licensed medical marijuana dispensary at 437 E. Liberty St., Hubbard, since Dec. 28, 2023, remain open as long as the adult dispensary is licensed by the Division of Cannabis Control under the Department of Commerce, and the City of Hubbard is eligible to receive host community funding?

BROOKFIELD: A 2-mill, 5-year renewal levy to provide and maintain police and EMS protection, beginning in 2024, first due in 2025.

CHAMPION: A 1.2-mill renewal levy to provide and maintain fire and EMS protection, commencing in 2024, first due in 2025.

CHAMPION: A 0.5-mill renewal levy for maintaining and police and EMS protection for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

CORTLAND: A 2.5-mill, continuous additional levy for providing and maintaining police protection, commencing in 2024, first due in 2025.

EAGLE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT (Hubbard city and township): A 1-mill, 5-year renewal levy for building and equipment needs. It will commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

FARMINGTON: A 0.5-mill, 5-year renewal levy, for maintaining and operating cemeteries, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

GUSTAVUS: A 1-mill, 5-year renewal levy for maintaining and operating cemeteries, commencing in 2024 and first due in 2025.

HUBBARD TOWNSHIP: A 1.75-mill, three-year renewal levy to provide and maintain police and EMS protection. It will commence in 2025, first due date in 2026.

JOHNSTON: A 2-mill, continuous replacement levy to provide and maintain ambulance and EMS protection. It will commence in 2024, with first due in 2025.

LIBERTY: A 1.5-mills, 5-year renewal levy to provide and maintain fire and EMS protection. It will commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

MECCA: A 1.5-mills, 4-year renewal levy to provide and maintain fire and EMS protection. It will commence in 2024, first due in 2025.

MECCA: A 1.7-mills, 3-year renewal levy to provide and maintain fire and EMS protection.

NEWTON FALLS JOINT FIRE DISTRICT: A 1-mill, 5-year renewal levy to provide and maintain Fire and EMS protection. Commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

NEWTON FALLS: A referendum on Ordinance 2024-01: Repealing chapter 144 of the Administrative Code titled Department of Historic Sites and Structures.

SOUTHINGTON: A 1.9-mills, continuous additional levy for providing and maintaining fire and EMS protection. Commencing in 2024, first due in 2025.

TRUMBULL COUNTY: A 0.8-mills, 10-year renewal for children’s services. Commencing in 2025, first due to 2026.

TRUMBULL COUNTY: A 1-mill, 10-year renewal for the operation of alcohol and drug addiction program, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

TRUMBULL COUNTY: A 0.75-mills, 5-year replacement levy for providing and maintaining senior citizen services or facilities, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

TRUMBULL COUNTY: A 2.25-mills, 10-year renewal levy to provide for the operation of programs and services by the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities, commencing 2025, first due in 2026.

VIENNA: A 1-mill, 5-year renewal levy for the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing of streets, roads and bridges, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

WARREN TOWNSHIP: A 1-mill, 5-year renewal levy for the repair of streets roads and bridges, commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.

WEST FARMINGTON: A 6.6-mills, 5-year renewal levy for the operational expenses, commencing in 2024, first due in 2025.

BRISTOL SCHOOLS: A 2.8-mill, 5-year renewal levy that will begin in 2025 with the due in 2026. It will raise $400,000.

HOWLAND SCHOOLS: A 3.3-mill, 10-year renewal levy for the emergency requirements of the district in the sum of $2.5 million. It will commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

LIBERTY SCHOOLS: A 5.75-mill, 5-year renewal levy to provide for emergency requirements of the School District in the sum of 1,776,316. It will commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

MATHEWS SCHOOLS: A 7.8-mills, 5-year renewal levy to provide current expenses. It is to commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

NEWTON FALLS SCHOOLS: A 4.2-mills, 10-year renewal levy for the emergency requirements of the school district in the sum of $739,483. It will commence in 2025, first due in 2026.

TRUMBULL COUNTY CAREER AND TECHNICAL CENTER SCHOOL: A 2.4-mills, 10-year renewal levy to pay the district’s current expenses. Commencing in 2025, first due in 2026.
