‘Bayou Boogie!’ celebrates music of Clifton Chenier
“Bayou Boogie! A Tribute to Clifton Chenier” will play the Robins Theatre on Sept. 5.
Chenier was the first Creole musician to win a Grammy Award. The concert will feature his son, Clayton Joseph Chenier, Maria Ball and Sonny Landreth.
Tickets range from $25 to $45 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
