WARREN - Frances Black, 72, died at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at home and following a lengthy illness.
She was born March 19, 1940, in Youngstown, the daughter of Allen and Minion Simpson Black.
She was an office manager for Visiting Nurses.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a brother and three sisters.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Staton-Borowski funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
