The local chapter of Parents of Murdered Children raised the organization's flag Thursday afternoon in observance of the July 6 murder of 15-year-old Everett Greathouse, who was shot to death along with his mother, Kathy Cogley, and stepfather, Rikki Cogley Sr., in Newton Falls. Police say the couple, Greathouse and Tracey Engler were all killed by Engler's boyfriend, Rob Brazzon, 55, who then turned the gun on himself, committing suicide. Raising the flag is Dude Bianco of the county's maintenance department.
