FOWLER - Ellen L. Tayala, 75, died at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2012, in her home.
She was born Dec. 25, 1936, the daughter of Lawrence F. and Mina M. Windon Johnson in Morgantown, W.Va.
She had worked at the Squaw Creek Country Club.
Survivors include her husband, Dale R. Tayala; sons, Michael Alexi of Anaheim, Calif., Lawrence Alexi of Warren and John Alexi of Bakersfield, Calif.; a stepson, Steve Tayala of McDonald; daughters, Christine Alexi Flowers of Leavittsburg, and Julie Tayala of Brooklyn, N.Y.; brothers, Roy C. Johnson of Florida, and Lawrence F. Johnson of Champion; and a grandchild.
A stepson preceded her in death.
Private services will be held. There are no calling hours.
The Staton-Borowski Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
