Nicholas and Linda Belcastro Sr. of Niles will celebrate their 50th anniversary on June 16, 2012.
Mr. Belcastro and the former Linda Farkas were married on June 16, 1962, at Second Presbyterian Church in Warren. Maid of honor for the bride was Shirley Elston Hayes. Best man was brother of the groom, Joseph Belcastro. The newlyweds honeymooned in upstate New York and at Lake George.
The Belcastros enjoy travelling, hiking, bicycling, fishing and history. They are also active with First United Methodist Church of Niles, Red Hat Society and the SCOPE bocce league.

They have three children, Cynthia (James Sr.) Koehler of Vienna, Tricia (Scott) Belcastro Koenig of Woodinville, Wash., and Nicholas (Michelle) Belcastro Jr. of Greensboro, N.C. They also have four grandchildren.
Nicholas founded and ran Belcastro Computer Services in Niles for 25 years, and Linda was a homemaker and supported the business.
The Belcastros will celebrate their anniversary with an intimate family dinner.
